Personal training is een verbazingwekkend effectieve manier om je individuele doelen te bereiken. Je coach zal met je samenwerken om de fitnessdoelen te identificeren en te verduidelijken, je techniek en beweging te beoordelen en een programma op te stellen dat specifiek gericht is op het verbeteren van jouw tekortkomingen. Personal Training wordt aanbevolen als je lange tijd stilzit, traint voor een specifieke sport of evenement, aanzienlijke gezondheidsbeperkingen heeft, of gewoon de voorkeur geeft aan extra aandacht en verantwoordelijkheid.
Wij bieden Personal Training aan in sessies van 30 en 60 minuten. Afhankelijk van je wensen adviseren wij jou wat het beste werkt. Om het meeste uit een sessie te halen, moet je vijftien tot twintig minuten voordat je personal training begint aanwezig zijn. Gebruik de tijd om op te warmen, zodat jij en je coach zich volledig kunnen concentreren en effectief kunnen werken aan wat je wilt verbeteren.
We weten dat elke atleet anders is en zijn of haar eigen sterke en zwakke punten heeft. Om je spel te verbeteren, kunnen we een individueel programma maken om je daar te krijgen. Het programma richt zich op het behouden van sterke punten en het verbeteren van zwakke punten. Naast het verbeteren van je technieken, kan personal training ook helpen wanneer je overweegt om de sprong te wagen en een meer competitieve atleet te worden.
EXTRA CONDITIONING CLASS 🔥
To help you take your cardiovascular endurance to the next level, we’re expanding our conditioning offering. In addition to our succesfull Friday Conditioning class, we’re adding a brand new session on Wednesdays, focused on VO2 Max & Threshold training.
Both classes are designed to improve your aerobic capacity, stamina, and overall fitness—perfect whether you’re training for a specific event or just want to push your limits.
Conditioning | VO2 Max & Threshold
Wednesdays at 8 PM
This new class targets two essential endurance systems: VO2 max (your body’s ability to use oxygen) and threshold (your ability to hold a hard pace). Together, they’re key to improving performance and building a solid aerobic engine.
Led by Coach Steve—a seasoned trail runner with multiple ultra marathons under his belt—each session starts with a clear explanation. Steve trains alongside you, but he’s always open to questions.
Conditioning
Fridays at 5 PM
This class focuses on longer efforts and higher volume. Less skill, more grind. It’s ideal for HYROX athletes, obstacle racers, trail runners, or anyone wanting a tough conditioning workout to cap off the week.
Also coached by Steve, who brings his deep experience and energy to every session. He is excited to help you with everything you need to prepare for an event.
Both classes are open to all levels. Join us and start building serious endurance.

Hero WOD MURPH
Murph is one of the most iconic workouts in CrossFit. This Hero WOD is done around the world in honor of Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy, who gave his life during Operation Red Wings in 2005. It’s a challenging, symbolic workout that brings the community together.
For time:

200 push ups
300 airsquats
1 mile run
Performed with a weight vest.
As always, scaling options are available for all levels.
We will do Murph on ascension day, May 29.
