Get familiar with CrossFit for Kids and Teens
Our CrossFit for Kids and Teens classes are specially designed for children and the specific development needs of children. We scale the lessons based on the age and skills of the kids attending. While teaching them the ropes of CrossFit and other disciplines, we also focus on developing essential skills in life.

CROSSFIT FOR THE AGES 5 TO 11
Coaches certified as CrossFit Kids Coach will host the lessons and focus on developing essential skills like motor skills, sportsmanship, leadership, teamwork, listening skills, self-discipline, and manners. Besides this, we will have a lot of fun during the workouts to stimulate the kids into getting active and becoming motivated to actually work-out.
CROSSFIT FOR THE AGES 12 to 18
We offer specific Teens classes for kids aged 12 to 18. During the lessons, we teach them CrossFit techniques which we’ll apply in the workouts. While scaling down the more playful way of learning, we more and more focus on being coached in a more structured set-up.
TRANSITION FROM KIDS TO TEENS
Every child is different and has different needs. At some point, your younger child might be ready to transition from the Kids to Teens classes. In this case, it’s not age that is important, but what the best choice is for the development of your child. Before transitioning from one day or another, please consult your kid’s coach. He or she will determine if your child is ready for the transition.
