Get familiar with Gymnastics


Besides CrossFit and weightlifting disciplines, CrossFit Twente also offers Gymnastic classes. The discipline is completely focused on developing the skills, flexibility, and strengths. To perform the movements related to Gymnastics, you’ll require a perfect balance of mobility and strength in your muscles and joints.

Gymnastics is all about controlling your body in space and gaining the strength to find perfect balance while executing movements and techniques. People who are skilled in Gymnastics are known to be the strongest athletes in our gym.

GYMNASTICS COACHES AND FACILITIES

To develop the balance and strength of your body, our coaches will work you through a range of exercises and workouts. Whether you are a complete beginner or already very experienced— our experienced coaches have the knowledge to help you reach your Gymnastic goals. Our gym is fully fitted with equipment needed for Gymnastics, like climbing robes and gymnastics rings.


OUR GYMNASTICS CLASSES

During group classes, workshop and/or personal training, we’ll teach you the fundamentals of gymnastics. Our coaches offer workouts and exercises that’ll get you and your body ready to perform movements like pull-ups, dips, rope climbs, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds.


  • Find balance and control over your body.
  • Gain strength and flexibility.
  • Learn and improve techniques and movements.

While learning and performing Gymnastics movements, you’ll get familiar with the beauty of balancing and controlling your body. Not only will you be able to perform exercises like splits and handstands, but you’ll also become a stronger and fitter athlete.
