Our gymnastics classes offer a unique blend of strength, coordination, balance, flexibility and mobility. During these classes, you will work on specific bodyweight exercises, such as handstands, ring dips, pull-ups, and muscle ups. Besides that we will focus a lot on developing core strength. You will see how these exercises translate into improvements in other CrossFit workouts.
Our coaches are highly skilled in gymnastics and will guide you through each movement step-by-step. Whether you are an experienced gymnast or just starting out, our gymnastics classes offer a challenge for everyone and provide a fun variety in your training.
The gymnastics classes are held on Mondays and Fridays. On Mondays, the focus is more on building specific strength, which is a prerequisite for many exercises. On Fridays, the classes focus more on learning various skills.
24-Hour AMRAP Fundraiser Challenge for Mental Health! 🚨
In memory of a cherished CrossFit community member, we’re organizing a 24-hour AMRAP on June 21st to raise awareness and funds for mental health and suicide prevention. 🔥
Join us in this unique challenge to train non-stop from 12 PM on June 21st to 12 PM on June 22nd. Whether you commit to one hour or more, your participation will help support the cause.
How to Join:
> Sign up for one or more hours of the 24-hour AMRAP.
> Participate in a “You go, I go” buddy style workout suitable for all levels.
> Help us raise funds for 113 Zelfmoordpreventie, a Dutch suicide prevention charity offering 24/7 support.
> Register by June 19th.

We are incredibly proud to be the partner of the very first and only weightlifting club in the Twente region: @weightliftingtwente 🏋🏼♀️
Together with @trainingsstudionl , we provide the training locations for this amazing group of passionate weightlifters — including some dedicated members of CFT. Our own coach and National Champion @noelle_klg is one of the initiators behind this fantastic project.
This Sunday, they’ll be taking on their first official team competition in Almere, and we couldn’t be more excited to cheer them on!
